Update to this offer.........I cashed in 1270 points for a £100 cash at the Greek last week in time for the Superbowl and have another £50 cash withdrawal pending for 677 points.
Rollover terms seem to be similar at all books (I have used DSI/Greek/Betjam so far). DSI/Bookmaker are no longer available as option, which is a shame as I have £ accounts there and they are better value, but there are still plenty of others to choose from.
Betjamaica are currently the best $ account option as the $50 cash bonus is now only 542 points or $100 for 993 points.
Since this thread started I have received £200 in cash & a $50 freeplay for very little effort and is alot easier to do than some current books bonus offers.
The Greek $50 Cash Play. Please allow up to 2- 4 business days for the prize to be credited by the sportsbook.
The Greek Cash Play terms
* Rollover (how many times an amount must be wagered): 5X (5 times) of the bonus amount. What this means: 5 x $50 cash = $250 in total risked bets.
*
You must submit your full name along with account # to claim your prize. This name must match the name the sportsbook has on file.
* Max amount of promo redeemed through one sportsbook is $1,000.

Update to the original post:
If you are registered as SBRPRO, you can now exchange points for moneybookers $..... It is $50 for 1000 points & $100 for 2000 points. This is a very handy option to have, although the better value is still in the sportsbook cash, which is now $70 for 999 points and $140 for 1990 points. Also if you are fortunate enough to have a £ account......the sportsbook cash is not always transferred to the $ equivalent at some books, so you could gain a bit more from the offer.
Since the original post there have been some changes in the books available, The Greek/Betjam & Diamond are no longer there. Betislands are a new addition, but Legends/5Dimes/Bookmaker/Betonline etc are still there so plenty of options to chose from.

Thanks for the update Rollops.
I have a slight problem with my pro status. It seems it only lasts a year which means I have to either confirm I have a $200 balance in the book i signed up with through SBR (in my case YouWager where I have no balance and seem to recall they told me i wasn't eligible for bonuses so I really don't want to deposit). Or I can sign up with another book on their banner - nearly all of which I already have accounts with.
I'm not sure whether i'm posting this for information or to ask for suggestions - so any comments are welcome.

I already had funds in legends so just re-registered (had to send it twice) and 100 extra points were also added to my total. Regarding Youwager I was also told that I wasnt eligible for bonuses any more.......however I have had another two freeplay bonuses since then and a 'Net Loss Bonus' so it may be that the bonus restrictions have been relaxed on some accounts.

Thanks Rollops. I'll try again at Youwager.

Agree. Unless you get the £140GBP if your accounts in £s as Rollops alluded to. Where has this happened in the past?

I've ended up buying cash at 5dimes rather than transferring to moneybookers because there looks to be a fee for MB transfers:-
•To sell points through Moneybookers, you must buy points through Moneybookers one time.
•You must have a valid Moneybookers account to withdraw points for cash.
•All withdrawals will be subject to a flat 3% fee. Fee will be docked from withdrawal amount.
•SBR will not reimburse any standard Moneybookers imposed transaction fees.
•SBR reserves the right to provide payment via Western Union at the same 2% cost.
I can do the 3x rollover in 5d easy enough so thought that was the better option on balance.
