I am a client of europacasino. Having played a lot on this casino, I became "vip bronze”. Until now, with that status you could play on videopoker to fulfill wagering requirements.
I recently played, in november and december, videopoker on this casino. I played 2,000 €, got som bonus and comps. Luck smiled at me a little, since I found myself at the head of €10,000. I tried to make a withdrawal. Casino Software – playtech - reported that I should continue to play to fulfill my wagering requirements. I continued until the software accepted my withdrawal.
A few days later, as usual, the casino asked me to attest my card deposits. I sent my signed, and I waited.
Three days later I received a phone call home. They informed me that the casino had changed its terms and conditions in November. Now for the players “vip bronze”, the videopoker did no more in games to meet the wagering requirements . It should be "silver vip." Because I was a good client, they proposed to pay 2,000 out of 10,000 I had won! Of course I refused.
Moments later, I received the following email:
"Accordingly, having breached the terms and conditions concerning your last bonus, your gain of 10 000 € will be canceled, and your last deposit of 150?, Credited to your credit card"
(I should add that I did not ask for bonuses, and I was not informed of changes in their terms and conditions)
Fortunately, I had the reflex to make a screenshot of my history account at the casino (photo 14/12/2008)
The day after, I turned on the casino and there, to my surprise, I saw that my account had been falsified:
You can see on both pictures, between 14 and Dec. 15, without any intervention on my part that:
- My withdrawal of € 8,000 has disappeared!
- My withdrawal of € 2,000 was "declined". Usually, when a withdrawal is declined, the funds are returned to the customer's account. But my client account is set to 0.
Thus they have hijacked € 10,000 in a few seconds.
How can they fiddle an account history? How Playtech, which until now was a serious company can offer such opportunities to customers without moral or shameless?
