If you ever, ever lose money at any site through something other than an accident and you care about it, then STOP gambling completely. Even when you lose you should smile, you knew you would probably lose it when you deposited, or at least you shouldnt now notice any difference to anything. It is not a problem to ever lose £20, or £50 or whatever you can afford as long as you knew you were "Spending" then money to start. If I were to go to Spearmint Rhino and have a lapdance I would probably leave smiling, I will be £20 down, but I will not mind and still be happy. If I lost £20 having a flutter at 32Red playing Thunderstruck I will also enjoy it and leave smiling. As long as you gamble and enjoy it there is no problem.
If you ever deposit to a Casino, lose that amount, then redeposit for any reason other than to finish a bonus wagering, you have a problem, STOP gambling.
If you ever gamble and lose and care, then you have a problem, STOP gambling.

It is possible to make money using online gambling bonuses but this does not mean every Tom Dick and Harry is now a Berty Big Bollox Pro Gambler, you are not. If you cant swim please dont go near the water.
I am posting this after someone close to me told me tonight they are £8k in debt from Gambling mainly at online Casinos and no matter how many times I ask "Why?", ask if "When it got to £2k didnt you think maybe you are shite at this and should stop" and "You know £8k is quite a lot of money? Did you not want that round the World trip of a lifetime instead? You really thought £8k would be well spent sitting in your bedroom looking at a screen flashing?" Its not going to turn back time.
Nothing will turn back time, please dont gamble not just "more than you can afford to lose" which is obvious but also dont even gamble with "more than you care about". Even when you lose you should smile or at worst shrug your shoulders. If you care, then DONT GAMBLE.
