    which software to choose?

There are many pioneer software powering the casinos and different people have different views about it. Depending upon the graphics, odds of winning, speed of software I would like people to share their views about casino software. Also I would like to know some sites differentiating casinos on software basis?

Well I could write a whole book on this subject!
But I don't have the time, so it will have to be a brief summary of what I think is best & worst about all the main software providers (mainly from the viewpoint of a slots player):-

    MicroGaming:
Still the no.1 software on the net, despite the ban on new USA players.
Good: Superb player-friendly software which is easy to use.
Bad: Too many games! MG seem to think quantity is more important than quality - for a new casino player the choice can be bewildering.

    Rival Gaming:
Although relatively new (2006), this software has quickly risen to 2nd most popular IMO. They have no doubt gained a lot of USA players who would otherwise have gone to MG if they still could.
Good: Great new games and extremely good bonus system making player mis-understandings highly unlikely.
Bad: The software still has some bugs (despite me banging on & on & on & on about them ) and players who win "too much" can get globally bonus-banned from most other Rivals.

    RTG (Real Time Gaming):
One of the oldest softwares - now a large selection of games with very quick play modes.
Good: A big selection of very innovative slots and clear bonus system.
Bad: Bonuses mostly Phantom and/or have ridiculously high WRs. More rogue casinos use RTG than any other software - be careful where you play!

    PlayTech:
Another of the older brands which for some reason I can not fathom has never matched the popularity of those above.
Good: Again, great selection of super games, including some which are totally unique to this brand.
Bad: As with RTG, too many Playtechs reside in Roguesville - I would only recommend a dozen or so from the 70-80 online today.

    Grand Virtual:
Probably the most under-rated software on the net. Very unique games, good bonus system, and possibly the brand I have made more cash-outs per deposit than any other.
Good: Very unique games and a true sticky bonus system.
Bad: Ummmmm... can't think of anything bad about them!

    WagerWorks:
No-download, flash software with some unique games and many Vegas classic slots.
Would be a LOT more popular if they didn't exclude more than half the world's gambling population from playing; No play allowed from USA, Canada, Australia and many countries in Europe.
Good: No download means you can log-in any play from any PC. High limits for high-rollers!
Bad: No autoplay and bets displayed as coins, not values (on slots).

    Cryptologic:
This was once my undisputed favorite software - and that of many other players too. But the withdrawal from the USA saw their casinos decimated and all but a handful have closed down, or switched to different software. To me this is a travesty.
Good: Huge selection of great games, including superb multi-player table games. The only software with PROPER game logs. A very easy to understand bonus system.
Bad: Their slots apparently have bigger HA than most other softwares. Other than that, there's not much wrong with this brand.

For my recommended casinos using the above software, see Casinos by Software.

Micro gaming is one of the leading online casino software. Real Time Gaming is popular software for online casinos. Vegas Technology is known for supporting players from US.

We all know Microgaming is still the first choice of players. I have been playing both on microgaming/RTG powered casinos from a long time. Not sure about the other casino softwares, so can't comment on that.

I love to play on casinos which have good speed, so that we can have more advantages (or lost our money quicker, who know? ) )

    Advantages of Cryptologic software

The Cryptologic software is known to be dependable and reliable. Probably one of the key advantages that woo many players is the high quality of graphics and the exquisite design of the cryptologic software interface. It is also known to boast some pretty high rates in payouts which is no wonder why the cryptologic based slots have quite a following.

Some of the top casinos that use Cryptologic online casino software are:
InterCasino - which gives an impressive bonus of 225 dollars upon signing up
PlayBoy Gaming - gives a bonus of 70 dollars on your sign up
VIP Casino - also has an impressive signup bonus of 200 dollars

The majority of crypto slots bonuses are post wager making them very unattractive in my opinion.

Microgaming are definitely up there but their slots can get a bit boring (although they do have Mermaid Millions the most trustworthy slot out there, I've never ended up down playing it!). I've been having fun on the Rival no deposits this month and their i-slots are great fun, loving Baby Boomers and Bank Heist great slots. Might go in for a sign up as I've seen it as low as 22.5xWR which ain't bad.

    Is that 22.5 x Deposit + Bonus?
    Or just x Bonus?
I list all the Rival welcome bonuses on my site; the lowest is (Deposit + Bonus) x 14.
That's an exclusive bonus. If anyone is interested, I have a few other exclusives with lower WR than you'll get by going direct to the casino on this page: Rival Casinos.
The home page of that site also lists all the free-chips in a easier to view format.
