Bonuses that you can double up and withdraw instantly?

Been searching about and just wondered if there was a list of casino bonuses that can be doubled and withdrawn with no further wagering needed.

For example, you deposit, get the bonus, double it all up and can withdraw the winnings and your original and sacrifice the bonus.

If there isnt already a list, perhaps we can just list them on this thread as would be a handy thing to have on the forum.

There have been lists before but the terms change all the time so they are often out of date very quickly. An idea would be to start a new list here as you suggest and just post the place immediately after you have been paid by them.

Do they always cover it? Will it either say 'the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal is allowed' or 'if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been met you will forfeit the bonus'.

Is there ever any ambiguity? Or do they always cover this?

I just checked two bonuses and it seemed quite clear that euro city casino don't allow it and expekt do.

This is a bit of a school boy one but when doubling do you double the bonus or the deposit + bonus.
