I came across one of trhe posts here about Card counting, I use to do it and its hard to make it pay, the edge is only about 3% and you have to spend many hours in the casinos. Don't waste your time on it. There is also NO KNOWN strategies using various betting techniques that will make you win either, casinos refer to people like this as mug punters

In all my years as a Croupier i have seen some clever ways to try and beat games in the casino, balls changed for magnetic ones and then a heavy magnet belt worn that when you stand close to the wheel it slows the ball down and makes it drop where you want it.

cameras up sleeves revealing other players cards by onlookers, all highly illegal stuff or difficult to implement.

So is there a way , yes there is several legitimate ways to beat roulette, one is finding a bias wheel and recording the ROTOR markings, casinos change the rotors round with other wheels to stop bias wheel watchers after JAGGERS took Monte Carlo for thousands using this method.

Later, the Garcia Pelayo family used the same method in Spain and won several million Euros, totally legal, well worth googling.

Then there was the people that claimed they could use their eyesight, but I think that yes, as a croupier this can be done, the conditions have to be right for you to do this, that you would have good runs and bad runs that would iron out any profits.

So, why am I here, because the only legitimate way I know for beating roulette quickly and effectively is using roulette computers. How do I know this, because I was at the Ritz casino when £1.3 million was won in 2 nights using such a device. I wittnessed it with my own eyes. One of the computers was a mini black flip open pocket computer about 7" by 3", like a mini laptop with keyboard, it was left in the toilets with some sort of modification on it having holes drilled in it for switches and speakers no doubt. The two men and 1 pretty lady were arrested, but later released because its legal to use such device in the uk, they were allowed to keep their winnings.

its worth googling infomation on these devices, I think someone there is a roulette computer museum where someone collects such devices.
