When I choose to use this to speed the WR, I usually double every second winning hand until I get either a loss or a push. If I decide to use and aborted sweepering I sometimes use e.g. 1,1,2,2,4,4 and sometimes 1,1,2,2,4,4,8,8, and where '1' represents my base staking value, and I go back to the start after a loss, a push, or a completed sequence.
If the house in blackjack is on a winning streak an you're the only player on the table, is it wise to bet on 2 or 3 hands just to change the rotation of the cards?
First let me just say that I don't play Blackjack very often, but even so if the cards are coming from a randomly shuffled deck (online or off-line) it doesn't make one iota of difference what you do, as neither you nor the dealer can predict what cards are coming next.
