PokerStars and Prima Networks (provide gaming for Ladbrokes, Stan James, Interwetten) are the latest in a long line of gaming operators to obtain licenses in Spain under their new regulatory setup (see here for last month's article on this). They will join the others who have opted to obtain a license in Spain in paying 25% tax - all of which actually bodes quite well for the upcoming UK tax change of 15%, making it seem not quite so draconian amongst the raft of other Eurozone protectionism in recent months.
For any Spanish readers out there(?!), there's a bunch of info here about their €500 SUB poker bonus. See also here at InterGame.
