Morning everyone, I've been advised to post in here as Im another newbie. Im Karen and have traditionally been a mug punter. I'm trying out matched betting, just signed up with Betfair and William Hill and put a bet on the Man u v chelsea game.

I also enjoy a nite at the casino so mite try them later but I've only got a float of £400 so it'll be slow n easy for me.

I've made a few mistakes (including one that landed me £140 profit when I accidentally laid off the wrong horse - it had identical odds - and the one I backed won) and a bit of luck (see earlier!) but I'm learning fast thanks to the wise heads on here.

Everyone makes mistakes (today I have messed up and lost £25 but that was more because I was at a BBQ this afternoon and couldn't get a bloomin mobile signal!). A mistake that makes £140 profit sounds like the kinda mistakes I wish I had

Hell all,

I have been around for a little while on this forum now, but my posts (and MBing) have been dropping off lately. I'm getting married in a few weeks, and that is sucking up a lot of time, and then there wil be the honeymoon, so I won't be back up to speed probably till October.

But don't worry, I'm planning on taking my mug on the honeymoon, so at least I should get some decent "mug shots" for that thread which I can't find at the moment - The one with the interesting pictures of mugs....
