Hello there, I'm pretty new to matched betting, started in about July and going pretty slowly but am quite happy with that. Been working my way through some easy bets and managed to make a couple of hundred quid :-) My float is now big enough to start doing bet baskets etc Anyway just popped in say hiya :-) Cheers!!

Hi Everyone. I've just started MBing again after a 10 month break. I only did about 15 bookies before that so have got plenty to be getting on with. There's a few I haven't done yet though, e.g. Laddies, as I was waiting for a better signup offer. So I might do them if there's a good offer and I feel like I can spare the time. If the Billy's BOGOF's get good again I'll still do them, because they've really increased my enjoyment when watching the footy.

Well 5 weeks later I'm making some steady free cash. I've been taking things slowly so only done 8 bookies so far and only made a few minor errors. I'm learning all the time and I found this site via the bookies info spreasheet on MSE to to make use of the £5 sign up to bookies offer.

Just a quick post to say hello. Started mtched betting in July after clearing nearly 8k of debt and had a £500 float. Since then I've put another £500 in whilst waiting for withdrawals (didn't want to go for 3-5 days without placing any bets) I've currently completed 17 bookies, signed up for 3 more last night and am in profit to the tune of nearly £1200.

Have posted a fair bit on MSE as this is where I first read about matched betting and decided to give it a try once I had some cash that I wasn't piling into debt repayments. My only regret is that I didn't stumble upon it years ago!

I'm also looking to get into casino bonus bagging, but this isn't discussed on MSE so I came here to take a look around and I like it. I can see many many late nights spent reading and researching till the wee hours of the morning.

Trading would also be something I would be looking into, but on my 'to do' list first is to carry on signing up to UK/Euro bookies to build my float, learn all about asian handicaps and dutching and put these into practice all the while, read up on the American bookies while doing these so I'm prepared for when my float gets big enough, and in the background start with casinos.

The small amount of playing I've had in the casinos I've lost (apart from the VC free £25 on signup) but the SJ free chips etc I always lose, I understand this will be due to a higher variance and that you will lose at some casinos sometimes, but profit overall, which is why I haven't really looked into it much until now.

my current float is around £2.2k, but can easily pull another £1-2k out of my savings (earning about 5% interest) as the returns on my investment will be vastly greater than having it sat in a bank!!!
