You should organise a Moneybookers account rather than a separate bank account for MBing. I think if you sign up for MoneyBookers via the links here you'll get a fiver for it! Sterling Deposits/withdrawals are in Moneybookers very quickly, enabling you to crack on with the next offer.
An t-adh leat! ('Good luck' in Irish)
Northerner from Sheffield. Been match betting on and off for a couple of years mainly to replace losses in trying to lay horses to lose. Tried sport trading but unfortunately not for me. Had a good run using an arbing service making a few grand but ran out of UK bookmakers due to limits. I`ve been following the US books thread and thanks to the info in there I`m about to have a crack. Hopefully I`ll be making some posts in the forum with any useful info, or more likely wanting help

Where abouts in Ireland are you from? Were you planning to mainly be betting on football or Horses or something else? Do you play Poker at all?
Have a plan and stick to it

Hi guys need some more beginner advice
I have just moved to Rep Of Ireland from Northern Ireland. Just wondering if I can still use my UK address and bank accounts which I still have. Do you think that the Irish IP address /flash cookies would cause me a problem if the two dont match I would not like to be shut out of accounts if they realised it was not a match. Could I hide my IP or does this work.
You can't hide your IP address, you can use a proxy so that it looks as though your IP address is different from what it actually is, but I would seriously NOT encourage anyone to do that because it's just asking for trouble (and is more hassle than it's worth as well). My recommendation would be to just follow the rules at the bookies that you sign up to, if they specifically say no Irish registrants, then don't sign up, there should be more than enough places that do allow Irish residents, in fact if anything you're possibly in a better position now because of the fact you're no longer a UK resident what with various books over the last half year banning UK sign ups.
hello everyone i'm new to tgt and forums in general. I'm still reading through posts and getting lots of tips from everyone who has posted. Thanks guys, hopefully i'll be able post helpful advice myself soon.
