Guitar Hero Dragonforce
Has anyone completed Guitar hero III yet and unlocked the final track on the credits?
I have and it bloody insane:
DragonForce: Through the Fire and Flames
My top score on easy so far 175,556
Has anyone beaten this? lets start a random challenge
I've completed it on medium but as for better than that, there's no way I'll ever be able to do it on hard or expert!
have you done the Dragonforce song on Medium?
You have too much spare time ;-)

Yeh I meant i've completed fire and flames on medium but it weren't pretty!!
lol good effort very impressed with that!
I'm still playing GTA4 about a month after I started... the stats say I've played it for 32hours in total but I could swear it's longer than that (probably is actually what with all the reloading and stuff)... cracking game.
Bit of a nightmare though for this lovefilm free 3 month subscription I have... took it up at end of december, got xbox360 for xmas and since then I don't think I've had a single film through from lovefilm, real waste of 3 free months
Couldn't resist the challenge
Just got 222,561 on easy with 98% notes hit nd a top streak of 255
Slightly off topic guys but my daughter (15) has asked for an Xbox and I know nothing about them. There seems to be three different consoles - would the middle one, with 60Gb hard drive, be good enough for most games?
She has a Playstation 2 at the moment.
I think from memory there's
I went for the Pro which seemd to have the benefit of the bigger hard drive without a massive increase in price from the Arcade version (which is the case when you go up to the Elite one from the Pro). HOWEVER the hard drive isn't used as much as I thought it would be, it's only used for saving games basically (well a bit more than that but essentially for saving games)... but some games might need some extra hard disk space I don't know... so I went for the Pro just to be on safe side.
- Arcade - smallest (20Gb?) hard drive, maybe only wired controller(?)
- Pro - medium (60Gb) sized hard drive (big enough though for most stuff for sure)
- Elite - not a lot of benefit to getting this from what I remember, double the size of HDD from the Pro one but not much else of benefit (maybe a fancier paint job and some extra USB ports or something like that)
Also worth checking for 'bundle' offers - I got a wireless bundle at Xmas - you bought the consle and then you could add a wireless controller, 2 free 'ok' games (lego indy was awesome actually for saying it was a 'freebie'), an HDMI cable (never got this though but not bothered really), a free headset/microphone... a free 'premium' game (£30+ type game)... all for £20 extra I think on top of the ... £110 I paid (can't remember now)... was very happy with that but it was last minute at xmas though.
Yay they do still have the bundle offer, it's here:
Video Games - Amazon.co.uk: Xbox 360 £10 Game Bundle Offer
I'd go for the wireless controller pack if you're having mates around, those controllers are pretty pricey on their own (plus you get 2 free games, lego indy is actually pretty good for saying it's a bundled game).
Other option of course is the wii which might be better for a teenage daughter... couldn't comment on that though never played one but they always seemed more targetted at younger players/family.
