Biggest "winning" streak you ever had?
What is the biggest winning streak you have had when trying to bust out of a book?
I myself am in the middle of something crazy, have had about 8 bets in a row win all on odds of between 1.5-2 and had 2 figure balance turn into a 4 figure one
Is a book i want to bust out of to get a reload however im now above their max bet so think im gonna have to withdraw from this one....

In a Sportsbook I have turned a £250 deposit into over £10k before but I dont remember how many bets it took (it was several) and there were losing bets on the way, but thats probably my highest Net return from one deposit.
In terms of winning "bets" I have had 13 winning BlackJack hands in a row and a run of 17 without a loss.
Have a plan and stick to it

Opposite problem. Multiple large deposits in Paddy Power ended up in Betfair. Now 70% of my entire float is in there lol.

Andy can I give you £250 to turn into 10K that would come in very handy at the minute. lol

If you want to give me 10K I can turn it into £250 for you?

I can't get over the 13 Blackjacks in a row! Well, unless it was Chartwell software of course
I'm not sure what my biggest lucky streak has been, nothing out of the usual comes to mind really, probability seems to have generally been around middling for me I feel.

When I read that I thought you meant you won 13 hands of blackjack in a row, but 13 actual blackjacks wow thats impressive (hope you were sweepering )

Sorry it was hands of BlackJack, as in beating the dealer.
The £250 was a monthly reload at Bowmans (now deceased) and it was a mixture of wagering, arbs, and just punting as well. It was mainly layed elsewhere though it was not more than £500 total profit so nothing special.
Bowmans didnt know that.

While MBing, I've never had a real winning streak with any UK/Euro sportsbooks, as I eventually find something close enough at high odds to bust out against. A few close calls, but nothing that ever worried me. US books on the other hand.....
While just punting, I did take £300 up to about £2500 in Coral once, but promptly lost most of it. Can't remember how long it took, but all the bets would have been odds-on.
That gives me an idea for something I might try over the summer if anyone is interested in following along. An 'all in' mug punt challenge, similar to the ones run in the past, but you pick your own selections and see how far you can take it. I did something like this once, and made a few quid, but bottled it before the stakes got too high.
The idea is you keep adding to your stake with your winnings, and compound up to something silly. For instance, a £10 starter, betting with average odds of 1.25 and compounding, gets you over £1k after 21 bets If that seems like too many, you could aim for slightly higher odds.
The trick (IMHO) is to totally disassociate yourself from the money. Think of it as being £10 all the way through. I couldn’t manage this once it become a decent amount, but always wanted to give it another shot.
Unlikely? Maybe. Hard? Very. Fun? Who knows?
Oh, I'd be doing this via Betfair also, as I'd probably be adding live betting into the mix, and laying a few horses with a max liability of my stake.
