I had to use my wildcard in about week 5 and still got it wrong! A disaster for 11 weeks then an absolute stormer of a season after that. If only I'd sorted it earlier, or the tie breaker was team value or points in second half of season

Addictive it certainly is. I sometimes spent hours deliberating and planning the next 5 weeks worth of transfers only for someone to get injured or a match get cancelled and all plans get thrown out!

My wildcard pretty mucbh ruined my season as I was unaware of the "transfer tax" and couldnt bring my best players back! Wont use it unless I really need to next year.

This is the most addicted I have ever been this season and I think I wont know what to do at 10am every saturday now when I should be checking whos playing and making last minute transfers!

I languished in the bottom half, never got going.

In my other league against the missus I was always ahead until the last day when she played her wildcard and put in Drogba as captain plus Rooney, Nani, Evra, Ashley Cole I think - got 85 points or something and nicked it from under my nose!

I feel strongly that its a tie. I must have missed that there was a £50 bet for the winner so im more than happy to split the prize with AD.

I'm not sure if they've always been there, but the Wolrd Cup winner market is in "World Cup Specials" rather than in "Soccer"!! So perhaps I just never noticed it.

Anyway, I've put my bet on Brazil to win.
