Heartfelt congratulations to you Fella. AN inspiration showing just what can be done - and I know you don't touch a few things (like US books) that make up a fair chunk of my own totals.

I shall have to read through the entire thread again today, see if there are things to take note of. Sounds like a simple case of taking every £1 you can get hold of, as well as combining offers and liabilities

    Thanks for the good read!

As mentioned above, brilliant read Fella, and very inspiring. Threads like this show me exactly what can be achieved with some effort and determination. Always inspires me to up my game.

Well done, and best of luck for 2011

    Amazing thread.

The only thing I would want to add is to not underestimate the value of turning the computer off.

After doing this stuff fairly obsessively for two years I ventured back to work 18 months ago and I dont regret it. I still check my inbox, monitor this forum and even lurk the dark side (MSE) and I know I miss a few 'sitters' but am happy with the balance.

I think my 'experience' helps me weigh up offers very quickly .. dont need to read whole threads, just the offer (maybe read about the company if its an unknown). For example, ploughed straight into the betfair arcade offer without blinking (only concern was the casino debacle just prior though) which was good for around £800 for maybe 10 hours slog.

Still do the simple £10/£30 reload ones of course (suprisingly mainly from the traditional bookies) and actually do get a kick out of it as its "real" money in that it tops up my salary and gets used and appreciated.

Perspective wise ... I find MBing just a chore .. whereas casinos I seem to take a lot more personally. Such as last week, got £30 free off Coral, got BJ in Paddies £5 risk free casino and £50 from betfair multis .. took 25 minutes ... and then lost £80 at caigames which took 2 hours!! Instead of shrugging it off it really pissed me off a lot which is dumb I know .. variance and all that.
