Funnily enough, a letter has just arrived in the post from the credit card company but in my husband's name. He applied at the weekend and it looks like the computer said yes to him in spite of him having moved almost as many times as me! I put it down to earning power

Good advice on here . Munk, sometimes its just the fact that you have a lot of credit cards. Companies usually ask what cards and limits you have. Stoozing.com will give some advice as will MSE.

Good practice to check rating and file yearly and challenge anything wrong straight away.

My company was refused a years deal on a mobile phone and at the same time a lease agreement for a 20K machine was approved. I was and still am licenced by the FSA.
