US $100 Makeover
Have you seen this new bill? What do you think about it?
Check it out here

Although I have quite a lot of $s in various online accounts, I have never been to America, and have only ever used US $s once before on my first visit to Russia when it was easier to use them than Roubles.
I dont think I ever had a 100 bill though, back then 20 was quite a lot. They could have any design they want really it would make no difference to me but I think they should be green, there would be something wrong with the World if $ bills were not green.
Have a plan and stick to it

Yeah that is a pretty bill but not the image I have in mind when I am thinking about dollars.

A few of these in our pockets won't hurt right? I asked a friend the same question when I showed him the image. His response was simply: "Give me a few of those and let me have them for a year and then I will let you know what I think." lol!

IMO it's a joke that we don't have £100 notes in the UK. The biggest note in the UK has been the £50 since the days when it represented a week's salary for a player in the top English division. (well nearly) Most other currencies seem to have a 100 note. High time we did.

Actually we do in the UK. For example;
Clydesdale Bank £100
however, the last time I used them (which I admit was quite some time ago) they were a pain in the neck to the extent that they're not practical for everyday use. Money laundering regs meant that you had to sign for each one you got from the bank, and be able to account for what happened to it. In practice, that meant get a signature and a verifiable record of the ID of the recipient. Much, much easier just to write out a cheque in practice.
Edit; They're still in circulationm, but it's rare to see these now; http://www.scotbanks.org.uk/banknoteapp/RBS_1.html

Well I didn't know that! I want one.
I dont think we really need one though, any transaction over £50 I am likely to use my card for it. I cant remember the last time I used a £50 it would be very very rare. £100 seems a bit much for one note.
You can get 500 Euro notes, that is definitely overkill.

Not technically legal tender though! (I know they do get treated as such...)

Highest note been a 50 must be a real pain , you never get anything bigger than a 50 euro note in cash machines here but I always withdraw in the bank and will ask for my withdrawl in 100's and the odd time I'll get a 500 like last week I had to get some for a birthday present .

I was a big user of £50 notes in my younger days... used to get them when cashing out at the casino, and then spend them in the lap dancing bars. Some of the girls used to get quite excited, especially if they'd never seen a fifty before. Mind you, that was back when it was only £5 a dance!
Don't hate the player, hate the game!
