Premier League Opening Day Competition

The Premier League returns on the 14th August and to celebrate its return we have a little competition for all our Premium Members.

All you have to do is guess the 1x2 results for each of the ten 'opening day' fixtures listed below.

The tie-breaker is Goals scored - how many cumulative goals will be scored (of any kind) in the ten fixtures?

01. Tottenham v Man City
02. Aston Villa v West Ham
03. Blackburn v Everton
04. Bolton v Fulham
05. Sunderland v Birmingham
06. Wigan v Blackpool
07. Wolverhampton v Stoke
08. Chelsea v West Brom
09. Liverpool v Arsenal

Rules

Only Premium Members may enter and only one entry per user.

Entries must be posted in this thread by noon on Saturday 14th August. Edits are allowed but no edits after noon on the 14th.

If entries are submitted as '1' or 'home' etc. then the entry will be settled as per the way we have listed the teams for the fixtures regardless of change of venues or anything else!

Prizes are:

10 correct choices = £100 no loss bet
9 correct choices = £50 no loss bet
8 correct choices = £25 no loss bet
7 correct choices = £10 no loss bet

The winning TGT prediction (IE the person who picks most correctly and closest goals total) receives a £25 no loss bet regardless of how many correct selections are made so somebody has to win something.

Details of where to place the "no loss" bet will be sent to winners but it will be a bet on anything they chose. If it loses, TGT will refund the stake amount.

In case of dispute, it will not be sorted by a televised rap battle but merely by TGT, whose decision is final.
