I think one of the most important things to do is to view time as a container, a finite resource and the most valuable resource (perhaps along with health).

You sleep 8 hours in a 24hr period. So you have a box the size of 16 hours, which will then pass into history to form part of your life. Do you want to fill that box with crap, something good or nothing at all?

"I hate losing anything on qualifiying bets or WR".

So you're gonna spend 45 mins trying to save £1.19? Your time is only worth £1.58 per hour? And what about the stress/mental energy used up finding the match?

Money comes and goes. Time doesn't - it only goes.

One of the best ways to judge human health is through hormone profiling. You actually do it all the time. The sexual attractiveness of women is gauged by looking at their body composition/fat distribution/breast size etc, which is all down to hormone profiles.

Food and sleeping patterns massively affect hormone cycles. Eating sugar, starch etc significantly reduces Growth Hormone and Testosterone production, two hormones vital for the production of energy/body recuperation etc.

Effective time management and personal tasks

The simplest way to learn time management is to do easy daily planning with no any particular tools. Is easier to break morning and afternoon and re-examine your working plan at lunchtime. However Longer tasks and goals necessitate to be written down for orientation, by your team, you, or your management. Prioritize your chores in a consequential way. How you prioritize you time highly depends on who you work for, how you work or who pays you:
    • Due date
    • Bosses’ inclinations
    • Project map
    • Queuing
    • Highest paid
    • Noisy wheel

    Badly!
I am trying to do more MBing but I can tell my missus is not happy.
Bless her she it's complaining and she is sad when she says she feels she has to book a slot to talk to me some nights.

I work long days and their isn't much time to fit betting in.
Maybe I should wind down a bit.
    But it's make hay time.
