Thanks to bruce for the PM about a mobile betting apps - might be useful to have a dedicated thread about any mobile apps (ie iphone/iOS / Android etc) people find useful for betting.
Here are a few that I use a lot:
Apple - Web apps - LiveScore
This is just an app based version of the main Livescore site which is great for keeping track of scores when you're out and about.
iBetMate for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad on the iTunes App Store
iBetMate is a Betfair app for iphone OS and it's way better than the official Betfair app. I mentioned it to Betfair on the phone once (when they rang to do a mobile betting survey) and they said along the lines of they did know about ibetmate and they thought it was very good (one guy even said along the lines of how it was much better than the official app but they hoped to improve the official Betfair app in the future).
I also have a number of other shortcuts to places like NBA, MLB and NHL on my home screen on my ipod. All of those sites are really good for providing a mobile interface if you login to the site in a mobile browser, so highly recommend any of those.. just browse to it in your mobile app and it should look/work as good as a 'standalone' app (I think I downloaded an app for one of them, maybe NHL I can't remember now, and basically I thought the plain website was better than the app because of the way they had the mobile friendly site set up).
EDIT:
I also remember seeing an advert in a 5dimes email about a free subscription to a bet tracking software that they were offering (think it's usually £5.99/yr but it's free if you've deposited $500 or more into your 5dimes account). More info available here:

App for iPad
I've been testing an app for the iPad and it's a really cool interface for Betfair. Its free too!

For iphone/ipad :
Dropbox - allows me to access my records wherever I am no hassle. I've got a windows batch file to copy my todo list to Dropbox at the end of a session, so info always available.
Splashtop - remote desktop app, you need your PC on obviously but handy if you are an apple user that needs to use flash, for example for Willies bet in play offers.
Poker timer - free tourney blind timer.
Sidepod - free, quick and easy poker odds calculator, used mainly to settle arguments in homes games !
Not an app as such but OddsChecker hedging tools works great on mobiles
Tapatalk - for accessing forums including TGT.
Betfair - 'nuff said.

Haven't included URLS as don't want to get banned, so search Android Market for the following Apps I use;
1. BetRescue - odds comparison and place bets (all UK betting markets) with x7 bookies via one app
2. Oddschecker - odds comparison (horse racing) with links to bookies
3. Bet2go - another odds comparison app
4. Betfair - mentioned previous in thread

You would not get banned for including a URL? It is just quicker there is nothing wrong with that.
Of the ones you list Betfair is the only one I use and probably wont bother with the others. They would not be usefull to me. I can just get them on the PC if I had to. If I am out and about they are not something I would need.
Have a plan and stick to it

Was using a Google Nexus S for mobile Aping which worked very well - accessed all necessary sites and was quick. Just replaced it with a Samsung Nexus Galaxy - which is even better.

On iphone for US sports I use sportsTap and ESPN Score Center. Enhanced versions available on ipad. Great for checking scores and updates on team news etc. If you are tracking various matches on different sports you can subscribe to myTAP on sportsTap which allows you to collect all your favourite teams from different sports on one screen so you can track MLB, NHL, NBA etc matches without having to change from sport to sport.
At Bat is another good app particularly on ipad. If you enjoy MLB you can subscribe to MLB.tv and watch every match live with commentary each night for MLB
I use SBRodds for comparing US books and there is now a mobile version (beta). I'll post a link when I can find it
