I'm taking part in a Betfair feedback session tomorrow evening regarding the Customer Charter - probably something to do with:

Any suggestions on Betfair policies you'd like me to put forward that would be best for APing?

Yep - clause 22 of thier standard T&Cs is unfair and unenforcable in a court of law - ask them when they intend to remove it.
