my bet365 account got restricted!!!

Last week i luckily won a single bet on football match for GBP3,000 and after that match bet365 restricted my account. Then, my maximum winning is limited to only GBP30, and it takes like 20 seconds or more to place each bet successfully (meaning that I have a hard time placing bet on live event). Moreover, they took away all my promotions & refer friends bonus. sigh~

I had contacted the CS several times via the live chat, but nothing they can do to lift it off.

What should I do now? How long it normally takes to have my account back to normal? And are there any ways I should do to speed up my account recovering process? please advice?

It won't happen, once limited you will be limited for life at Bet365

They have tried to spout some rubbish about placing a few "recreational" bets and they may review my account (Yeah right!)

only thing you can do is open a new account on your oh/mom/dad etc.

they limit quickly, few bigger bets won and you're out.

Not so sure on the "life" part....

I still arb horses etc, and get win limits of £30, which occasionally goes to £100, and then back again...

Its worth it if you back multiple arbs on the save event, the savings you make on comision alone help make it more profitable again.

Not worth the trouble, just burn the account, and open a nice new one.

Win limits of £30 or £100 are still limited. You will never again enjoy the limits offered when you opened your account of ~£6k
