Spreadsheet - manually laying multiples with bonus on winnings

Here is a spreadsheet that was originally written by DireEmblem that I tweaked slightly to include various stake laying override options. It is in Excel 7 format (.xlsx) but there is nothing fancy in it so it should work fine in any spreadsheet application. There are a LOT of comments in it as well as a guide on how to use it.
