Been miserable with this the last two days. I am making a go of it for real from here on out.
Friday was a sales meeting and ate all kinds of junk. Yesterday had a big big breakfast and didn't eat "healthy" throughout the day. I bought the right stuff at the grocery store this weekend and am going to do it
What I have started today is something I have done in the past. I Dropped about 15 pounds last time. Granted it is all back on but I am committed to getting it all off. It's not so much about exercise but that helps a bunch. Eating the right foods is really the key. Moderate physical activity with the right foods I think is what will work. It's just a matter of sticking to the right foods.
I try not to obsess with the scale so I may not hop on it for a week to 10 days at a time. But I will keep it updated here. Last week was basically a wreck. So here we go.
Bowl of Grapenuts cereal with 2% milk
1/4 cup Almonds
Grilled Chicken Breast
Red & Green Bell Pepper Strips
Lipton Diet Green Tea w/ Citrus
Dinner 8:00 ( about an hour later than I wanted to eat but was out running around with the kids and wife)
Spinach Salad with Avocado & Tomato
Corn with Peppers and Onions
Bowl of Cottage Cheese
Small Glass of diet Dr Pepper
