    Protein Shake
    Grape Nuts
    Banana
    Multi Vitamin

    Snack 11:00
    1/4 cup Almonds
    Apple

    Lunch 2:00
    Tuna Salad
    Raw Veggies (Broccoli, baby Carrots, Bell Pepper Strips)

    Snack 5:00
    Baked Potato (margarine and Sprinkle of cheese)

    Dinner
    Nothing

    Bottles of water: 5

    Exercise
    hour and a half of basketball

    Friday 08/08/08

    Unofficial weight this morning after basketball (less accurate bathroom scale 209)

    Breakfast 8:00
    Multi Vitamin

    Snack
    2 20 oz Gatorade

    Lunch
    1 20 oz Gatorade

    Snack 3:00
    10 pc Chicken McNuggets
    Large Fry
    Double Cheeseburger
    Medium Diet Dr Pepper

    Dinner 5:30
    2 Tilapia Fillets
    Roasted Veggies


    Late Night Snack 11:00
    Ham Sandwich (I was starving)

    Bottles of water: 4

    Exercise
    hour and a half of basketball
    Round of Golf (hence the no food and only drinking gatorade in the 95 degree heat)

    Chicken Breast

    Late Night Snack 10:30
    Bowl of Lasagna

    Bottles of water: 3

    Exercise
    1.5 mile Walk

    This coming week is going to be tough. Monday and Tuesday out of town, Wednesday there is a company food show I have to attend and Friday is another sales meeting with lots of stuff to sample. We'll see how it goes.

    Skipped the weigh in this week. After the crazy week I had it was very difficult to stay remotely close to healthy eating. I will be back at it again starting tomorrow. Going to try to keep driving the weight down
