Don't think I'll bother laying 0-0 for this one because the qualifier is so small so small loss. I'm aiming to do as many of these offers as I can tomorrow so it will be countered by any return from there.

Match bet for as small a loss as possible and then lay 0-0 scoreline at the exchange using your stake from the qualifier to match against (ie... back 1-1 £10@10, lay 1-1 £10@10 (ish etc), lay 0-0 £1@10 (again, ish, ie your lay liability should match your qualifying back stake less your lay stake). Look at the betchronicle 2-2 offer threads, there should be stacks of examples on there, I know I've posted about it a good few times!

    Have a look here:

The Gambling Times - Threads Tagged with complex match bet

there should be a few examples in there.

(actually I think someone just explained it over on the bet24 thread in this forum, tom I think it was).

they way I've done it is to underlay two different scores on PB and gamebookers without laying the 0-0. I'm trying to cover as many scores as possible over all of the offers and hopefully one will win and net me a nice return, bit of a gamble I know but there's a lot on offer tomorrow so I reckon there's a decent chance of hitting something. Here's hoping for 2-0 and no drogba goal (£80 return ).

I don't usually bother with these "refund if 0-0" offers. Having spent a number of hours fiddling around with the Bet365 bore-draw offer in the past for not a lot of guaranteed gain I have concluded that there are generally better ways to spend my time. Unless you can find a very close match and the estimated value of the free bet is less than the risk on the 0-0 lay (which means effectively that the 0-0 lay price must be relatively low) you can't really make anything from them. Of course, as Gibber says, you could regard it as a sort of enhanced odds back bet on the 0-0 result provided the match on the qualifier is decent - £10 return on 0-0 for whatever the loss on the qualifier is. Perhaps I'm missing something but that's the way I see it.

I've just had another look at this and it doesn't say that betting on 0-0 is excluded, so in theory you could back the 0-0 and overlay at bf to lock in profit, wish I noticed this before!

I looked at that for this offer (and a few of the other 0-0 refund offers). But at the current prices of 8/9.2 I'm not sure that would work. Guess you could wait to lay in-play hoping that it stays 0-0 long enough for the lay price to fall a fair bit.
