System upgrade for goalwin
SYSTEM UPGRADE FOR GOALWIN
In an effort to give our players the best possible service will we now go through a general update of our systems as well as improving our casino offerings, adding more games.
Starting 22nd of January 00.01 CET all of our services will be shut down for approximately 16 hours. During this period of time players will not be able to access any of GoalWins services.
Due to security reasons we ask you to request a new password once the upgrade is complete. You will need to do this to access your account. Simply follow the instructions at the login page.
When you are logged into the new system, you will find your personal information together with the cash balance you had before the start of the upgrade. All pending transactions will be voided and returned to your base account.
Your old transaction history will not be available. However, if you, for any reason, need your old transaction history please contact our Support Team and we will provide it for you.
When you log into GoalWin for the first time, you will be asked to choose a nickname for our new casinos.
After the system upgrade all your poker funds will be in your base account on GoalWin.com. In order to access to play poker you will have to transfer the funds back to “Poker”.
Any pending bets will be voided and returned to your player account.

Cheers for that - lol though I just changed my password TWICE on goalwin in the last week (long story but I managed to lose the first one). Their 'forgot password' service takes a while to send out the forgotten password reset email as well just in case anyone manages to fsck it up (10-20 minutes, not exactly ages but usually it's instant at most places).
