That all sounds good to me but comes a little late.My bank card was cloned recently so i had to change all my bank stuff this means i have missed my monthly renewal of £5,so i would now be due to pay £8 i assume which to me isnt worth it.

Hi rogsmith, If you missed your renewal for the first time and there was a genuine reason that was beyond your control then drop an email to support@oddsmonkey.com with details and we will see what we can do.

Right just wanted to say i took up the offer and signed up again hoping that the site would be better now.Well im afraid to say its not,there is a horse showing as 8/7.2 but it is actually 5.5 now that is a big difference.
Im sorry but i must say this is worse then before 21/19 horse thats actually 15.A 5/4.5 ht/ft thats actually 4.33,i could go on and on it really isnt any use at all.

Just refreshed and a horse is showing 7/5.9 its 5.5 at the book and has been for over an hour.Honestly what is wrong this isnt a service it really needs sorting.

Just refreshed again and its showing now as 7/6 but its 5.5 at the book.

Hello, are these examples you are providing with one bookmaker? If so can you please tell me which one and I will look into it and see if it's something that we can resolve or if it's a problem with the bookmaker not updating their feed.

Might I just say that as a subscriber paying a mere £5 a month I am very happy with the service.

Sure some of the prices might be out but for the money I am not expecting miracles. Good luck in the future with your quest to make it better.

First off to wobbler,im not really having a dig at oddsmonkey im putting this here for exactly the response i have got above your post.I agree the fee is very small but honestly yesterday it was all over the place so its not really providing a service.
Anyway to oddsmonkey thanks for your reply most of them were ladbrokes,but if you would like i will try and keep a list if i find many others.As i have said im not really having a go im trying to let you know of the problem so you can hopefully sort it and we will all be better off.

Hi yes, there seems to be an issue with some events not updating in that bookmaker feed. Collate a few examples of any you find and drop me an email at support@oddsmonkey.com and I will see if there's anything the bookmakers can do to improve them.

As wobbler says, there may be prices that are out sometimes from particular bookmakers, we are not saying there won't be, if the system was 100% perfect then we'd be able to charge a lot more for it.

You say that you are not having a dig at oddsmonkey, but when you make comments that "we are not really providing a service" when you've found a few odds that have changed then it sounds like you are having a dig.

We know we have many happy customers because they email us and thank us for the service we provide, the time it saves them and the money it has helped them make. Here's a recent post from a member of TGT feedback from TGT user

Like I said, drop us an email and we will see if we can find out why there's a few bookmakers not updating details on some events.
