Just wanted to say hi to other members of this forum, I am new to this match betting but I have found this is the best site for reading the reviews of the different sites and has the easiest way of getting an extra £5 from most of the sites.
When linking a bookie site via the TGT Cashback link, are all the bookie's opening offers exactly the same as if you had gone direct?????
(I know I didn't explain that too well!)
For example: At Victor Chandler, there is currently a £100 Bet Basket for new accounts. I would obviously like to collect the free £5 from TGT also. Does this (in any way) effect the opening offer made by the bookie???
They are all a bit different, we will always try to have the best offer but that is not always possible. At VChandler I dont think it makes any difference if you go via TGT or go direct, you get £100 bet basket regardless.
At say BWin or Gamebookers you MUST go via TGT for that particular offer (some sites are affiliate specific, go direct and you get nothing). Sometimes OTHER affiliates are better, go direct OR via TGT to Centrebet you get no bonus but from BetRescue you get some freebets.
But they are all a bit different. What the Bookmaker/Casino site says on the landing page after clicking through the TGT link is what will apply to you though. Thanks.
I'll have to remember to clear all cookies from PC after visiting via affiliate links- I've been caught out by that in the past. Visited a bookie via a link- and then went direct as it had a better offer- only to find the affiliate link had been logged with the bookie- even though I didn't actually sign up at that point. It's something that anyone new to matched betting needs to keep in mind.
