Still not paid. Sent e-mail today for the 3rd time asking what's the deal with crediting the bonus. This is what I received from will hill:

We apologise for the time it's taking to credit you with your bonus. There has been some inconveniences at our part that hindered us from crediting all accounts. This is a top priority now of our casino team.
We assure you that William Hill would never deny you of a bonus that is rightfully yours. We just ask for your patience regarding this matter. An email will be sent to you as soon as we have an update on your concern.
Sending us further emails about this would not help us expedite the process. Please bear with us and your understanding would be greatly appreciated.
If you have other issues, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are available 24/7."
Sounds like this may still take some time, but hopefully in the end they will credit the bonus.
