I think s0095063's post sums it up best, I will try to again.

The RAF offer detailed here is 100% seperate from the TGT £5s or being able to offer RAF deals yourself on the forum. You can do both of those entirely independantly and seperately of that page.

The details on that page show offers which are specific to NEW people who have not really bet online before and might like to, and so they get the complete set of betting options available to them with some exclusive promotions for doing so. So RE your original post Bioboybill you cannot do any of them now since you already have moneybookers/betfair. It would be for someone completely new only who can take part in it. You will soon be able to tell your friends about it and THEY can take part in the offers for all five if they want to though.
