TGT's sites of 2009 - TGT 5 site RAF 'basket'

I am a little confused regarding RAF and these sites on the homepage. It says something on there about having to register with all 5 sites through the link on here or something like that doesn't it?

I haven't done Betshop or Noxxwin, but I already have betfair and moneybookers, because i've been doing this for quite a while now.

Does this mean I can't do these, or I won't get the free bets, or I can't claim any fivers for any other signups, or does it just mean I won't be able to RAF on here even if I'm active?

Alternatively I may be just thick and have totally misunderstood the whole thing.

The TGT RAF offer is detailed here:

The Gambling Times | Viewing Article "Refer a Friend"

The idea of the promotion is to reward users on the forum who have over 100 thanks to their name by giving them the chance to get a total of £100 in referral money (£50 goes to referrer, £50 to the referred party) once the referred party has fulfilled the RAF conditions (see the link above for more info). So you refer someone else, they complete the 5 site 'basket' and you claim the referral. In a nutshell... as I say the full details are in the article above though.

Thanks, but I'm obviously being thick here, because it was the post you've referred me to that confused me.

If I become eligible to do RAF on here at some point then how do i refer people to those sites on here? More importantly how do i go about getting referred to say betshop on here since i can't see anybody on here offering it?

No that's fine, when Andy described it to me the first time by email I thought exactly the same thing as you to be honest (well, was a little confused anyway). I will bring it to Andy's attention and hopefully he can explain it better / in more detail.

Well Betshop don't actually do RAF, you can sign up via TGT though for the 'fivers' though. Also if you ever get any no loss bets from the various promotions that are run on TGT they usually have to be placed at Betshop, so it's worth having an account there eventually anyway.

Unfortunately I'm just as confused as ever. It says in the RAF articled that you have to e-mail and say you were referred by XYZ at TGT.

I want to join Betshop. Can I just click on the link here, deposit £20, e-mail TGT and get a £20 match?

The RAF is separate from just signing up for the bookies.

For instance I could refer a mate to here, they then sign up for all 5 sites and meet the other requirements - then we can claim the RAF bonus.

But even if you haven't been RAF'd to here you can still sign up for the various bookies and claim £5 cashback on the ones that offer cashback. you just dont qualify for the RAF additional bonus.

At least thats how I read the offer, i might well be wrong though

Right, so it's about referring people to this site and not just the bookies then? But what about the £20 matched deposit?

Ah right, i'm not sure if that's specific to the RAF offer or not.

As s00 says, it's a RAF 'basket', so you refer a friend and when they've completed the basket, you get £50 and they get £50 (from TGT). I did say this above but maybe didn't make it too clear, sorry.

As for the details of the promotion you'd have to talk to Andy about that. I have referred it to him so he should get back to you about it on this thread. If he hasn't within 48hrs then nudge me and I'll chase it up.

    Cheers.
