The schedule for when these will be paid is as follows:

Fri Jan 8th
Fri Feb 5th
Fri March 5th
Fri April 9th
Fri May 7th
Fri June 4th
Fri July 9th
Fri Aug 6th
Fri Sept 3rd
Fri Oct 8th
Fri Nov 5th
Fri Dec 3rd

On each of those dates you should recieve any valid claims for up to midnight on the last day of the previous month. If you have met all the T&Cs but not been paid when you think you should have been please first E-mail fivers@thegamblingtimes.com asking what the problem was, if you do not recieve a satisfactory answer please THEN E-mail andrew@thegamblingtimes.com and it will be thouroughly looked at. I've now joined 5 bookies since joining up here. Do I need to do anything now or should i be paid on the 5th of Feb as long as everything goes through OK??

You dont need to do anything as such as long as all the other T&Cs are met, blah blah blah, you will just get paid.

Could you provide some clarity on this? I don't understand why premium members would not be eligible for cashback. Again, thanks in advance.

When the site first started paying out £s directly to the members there was not a "Premium member" section. The T&Cs evolved over time and it was generally accepted that anyone who contributed to the site and was an "active" member would be eligible. THEN quite a bit after this there was the introduction of the "Premium member" category which was nothing to do with the Fivers claims system.

We have found that it is no longer really logical to have the two seperate categories running alongside each other. A few times people who were not Premium members were posting stuff maybe related to Bonuses at various places only to be told "Please dont post that there" and then they rightly say "Well im trying to be "active" to get the cashbacks what am I supposed to do then?" which is a very good point.

Also from the other side some Premium members may feel they should be eligible just because they are Premium members. It has never said that before but we think as the site changes it would not hurt to add that as a feature.

It is being phased out so that there is only one category so it is simpler for everybody. It is unfair to change it in one go and say now you MUST be a Premium member because some people may have claims they are waiting to be paid from when you just had to be active. For the next 6 months at least both category of member is eligible. If you are a Premium member then thats that then, box ticked, check the other T&Cs are met but principly thats it you will get paid the relevant £s that run. If you fall into any other category then its looked into are you an active member of the forum, if yes then again, you will get paid the relevant £s in that run.

In 6 months time the "Active" forum member category wont qualify for TGT cashback anymore it will be all Premium members only.



P.S. This months payment run will be done by Friday at the very very latest it should have been last Friday but because of that being the 3rd of the month there was not enough time to get all the data and sort it out properly. It will be before Friday I expect but all will be done by Friday the 10th at the latest.

When claiming the bonus do youn need to enter the user name you selected on the bookies website, or your actual name, i.e. Mr John Doe ect?
