It doesn't look like you're set to automatically subscribe to threads so you won't see any subscribed threads in your account page unless you've manually subscribed to one or more threads. Or are you talking about threads you used to be subscribed to not being moved from the old forum? Those are gone I'm afraid.

Yes there was an upgrade early this morning, hopefully the templates will be looked at soon.
UPDATE 22/2: there are a few other little glitches as well (most noticeably with the navbar) which again will hopefully be sorted out soon, just ignore for now, nothing is actually 'broken' as such, just doesn't quite look right.
For anyone who was asking for the 'unread' behaviour as in the old version of the forum, the upgrade last week brought that back apparently - I have only just noticed it though after removing all my TGT cookies (one week later, was wondering for ages why it wasn't working!)... so to see the effect you will need to remove any cookies associated with our domain.
After doing that, you should see:
The threads below have not been updated since your last visit or since forums have been marked read.
When you click on the 'get daily posts' link (displayed above any posts that have already been read) - well, that's what I see anyway.

The mark forums as read msgbox popup shouldn't be displayed in the latest upgraded version (the phrase for the popup was deleted in the last upgrade because was not supposed to be a popup since the last upgrade, hence there was no msg text in the popup box).
Generally the trouble is the navbar template has been customized a lot so integrating the changes that were introduced in the last upgrade is a bit of a nightmare (the last upgrade changed a lot of templates and made changes to the way style variables worked). As it is it still doesn't look quite right and there are at least 3 bugs that I know of to do with the navbar (notifications css is broken, red line around the navbar and fonts incorrect when switching between forum and main site). But it is only cosmetic problems and not really that noticeable.
Anyway... the problem you mention is fixed now re mark forums read - there is no popup now when you click on mark forums read which is how it should be since the last upgrade.
As for the other problem re the attachments box, that is something else to look at... will try and have a look now.
It is about as good as it gets now, the way it is by default isn't very pretty anyway - this is how our box looks compared to the default on vbulletin.com's own forum:
PS the old attachment manager box is also screwed up, if anyone knows how to fix the css for that let me know.
