Spoke to the Gambling Commission today about this outfit.
They have had plenty of complaints and have contacted Canbet direct. They have been given the same story about the IT and having to do things manually. I pointed out that they have had no problem receiving and allocating money. That I think its a smoke screen to financial problems. I also pointed out the very generous reload bonuses, (which appear to have stopped for the moment).
They said they are a big outfit with 225,000 customers! I told them about my personal predicament of needing four withdraws to zero my balance! The commission were happy to listen but no new advice.

I am afraid their withdrawal process at the moment is very slow but customers are being paid as we are receiving confirmation from previous customers who have contacted us.
I emailed the company last Monday and they responded by advising that one of the reasons was due to a large number of clients participating in promotions and bonuses along with technical reasons.
While I can fully appreciate your frustration and that of the other Canbet customers awaiting funds I do not believe it is something that will not be resolved. If however you do not wish to wait any longer then you can contract the Gambling Commission and they might be able to allay your fears regarding not getting paid.
