I will merge your thread with this existing thread since it has a lot of useful information on it already and may be worth reading through the posts here.

Generally there is no set rule as to how much you have to have wagered, the point is that you've wagered something at the book, got something from it and you've come over here and explained how you found the experience. That's the kind of thing that makes the site 'tick along' better for everyone and hopefully everyone's a winner.

Andy will no doubt shout if the above is wrong!

Put the claim in within 21 days of registering (i.e. You now have a username there).

To be eligible for the £5 to be paid you must have deposited and wagered a minimum of £25. You can claim before then, but it would not be classed as "tracked" until you have dont that it is one of the T&Cs we have. As well as tracking correctly you must be an active member of the forum, which does not have a set number of posts attached to it it is quality not quantity but generally speaking if you have chipped in here and there and put in a bit of effort to help somebody else somehow that will do it. Just posting your experiance at Bet24, sending something to reviews@thegamblingtimes.com if what you found there was different to the review, they are other ways.

The T&Cs are written here:
The Gambling Times | Viewing Article "Promotional Terms and Conditions"

Also they must all be met and the claim paid within 6 months or they lapse. There is a minimum payment amount of £25.

I had a couple of claims for signups my OH did using TGT links rejected as you are only allowed to claim in your own name. Was that a generic message, perhaps used because the claims didn't track or was that the exact case. It's just so i know for future bookies she may sign up to whether to favour tgt links/claim fivers etc.

Many Thanks!

PS.. They'd probably actually lapsed past the 6 months anyway. I'm not fussed about the 2x£5, just more interested for future sites. Thanks

It was probably a generic message but that is the rule, you can claim for you only. It is not a "One per household" rule your wife (Husband?) could still take part and claim but they would have to do so under their own account, and seperately meet all the T&Cs, etc etc.

Thankyou.

Hope i am posting in correct place.
When looking at cashback status does pending mean not tracked or could someone help me out with this. I have now 5 claims made how/when do I know if these are ok. I would like to join the premium membership when I know these claims are ok. I know the next paydate is March but i would go ahead with the membership now. Approx how long does it take to register for the premium part.
thanks

Pending just means it has not been decided yet. Once all the T&Cs are met the claims will be paid and it is then "accepted". If any T&C is not met after 6 months then they would be rejected. Pending is just recognition that we know it exists really.

The two things are in no way correlated. Being a Premium member does not mean your fivers claims are paid any differently or quicker than being a standard user. The next time they will all be audited will be the first week in March.

About 30 seconds just go to your "My Account" section and click on "Paid Subscriptions" at the bottom of the left panel.

hi there i have checked my records, as on all of your claims in the box marked claiment name you had just repeated your email address, everyones records are kept in alphabeticall order using your full name. as you didnt supply this a file was never created for you,

it appears in total you have claimed for four sites although im afraid two of these have now expired as they are over six months old.

I have just checked too and there is no name supplied, just an E-mail address. Put in the claims again with your name where is says "Name", "Your full name as given on your moneybookers account" (Thats where the money will be sent, ie, you)

If there is just four then there needs to be five (£25 worth) before any payout is made. Dont worry about the six months part they have not expired for you and will still be paid. It is in the T&Cs but its not one that would be enforced here, thats not why that rule is there.

Just to confirm, I put the name that I have on my Moneybookers account e.g. Mr J Smith? Sorry for being stupid just want to resubmit the claims properly.

And thank yous for going to the trouble of answering me and for waiving the 6 month t&c.

My name is Andrew Heaford, so I would put in "Andrew Heaford". If your name is John Smith, then put in "John Smith". It just needs to be your name, Mr J Smith would do though

Hello I'm not using moneybookers, do I need to do this to be able to claim the cashback and does it track automatically like other sites such as quidco, or do I have to manually submit a claim? Thanks, just new and trying to get it right first time!!!

Kind regards

You can deposit to the sites in question with any method you want, you can only receive £s from this website via moneybookers though so sooner or later you would want to sign up. It is in the bookmaker reviews list though so you can get £5 for doing that anyway, you can also just use this link:

https://www.moneybookers.com/app/?rid=15361778

Yes once logged in, look in the middle of the black header bar under the TGT logo at the top, there is a link to "Claim £s here", click on that.

There is a copy of the other T&Cs here:
http://www.thegamblingtimes.com/site...and-conditions

Also this thread has quite a lot of Q&As in it if you go back to the 1st page and read through. If anything else is unclear just ask though. All the best.

Hi Andy,

I put a claim in for Diamond (2betdsi) on 30/8/2009 and it has not been updated since.

Was there a problem with the tracking?

This was my first claim so I am not sure if I have done something wrong or what.

Thanks

No its fine we have a record of it there is nothing wrong. It will stay pending until it is either paid (accepted) or it expires (rejected). Expiring would not be the final decision thats there more so we dont have a never ending liability. Your claim would not have been paid yet because I think that is the only claim you have made and there is a minimum payout amount of £25 thats all.

A month? Well, you've a long and profitable road ahead of you and hopefully that £25 will top that float up a bit more to help with a successful March

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but the Gambling Times link to Ladbrokes doesn't seem to go anywhere. It certainly didn't work for me today.

Thankyou very much, it was disabled a few days ago to stop people using it by mistake and having it compromise any £200 freebets being offered by Ladbrokes via TheRacingPost. The offer from our link is only £10 for £10 and there could be trouble if that tracked instead. There should probably have been a notice saying that though so thanks for the heads up anyway. It will be back to working again at the weekend.
