Five Poker books for nothing

Here's a little-mentioned but excellent deal.

2+2 (for those who don't know) publish the majority of the best-regarded poker books. They also run the biggest poker forum (the 2+2 forums are huge).

A little while ago 2+2 also became an affiliate of certain poker sites. They offer 5 free books to anyone who signs up to one of the rooms they promote, & then meets the minimum deposit / play requirements.

At present they promote several sites. Here is the good bit: For one of those sites (Everest) all you have to do is signup via 2+2, deposit $50 & play any amount. I.e. there are effectively no minimum play requirements, you just signup, deposit & play microstakes for a few orbits & that's it.

I have done this offer & so has my brother & it worked exactly as described. We literally only played enough to earn 1 Everest point each (& even that was probably more than required) i.e. just played for a few minutes in one micro-stakes game.

In our cases the books turned up within a couple of weeks (although they say to allow longer).

I just withdrew my money afterwards (although Everest is a nice site & the bonus clears tolerably well if you actually want to play it).

As an aspiring poker player, I just wanted to send a HUGE thanks for this Fella. I signed up to Everest on the 30/10 - deposited $50 and played a few hands. Today I got the email saying I had been awarded the books and that they will be shipped within 2 weeks. Woot!
As a cash game player, I'm eagerly awaiting the 2 Harrington on Cash Games books while the other 3 will be useful I'm sure.
I worked out on Amazon that they're worth about £90 so I'm one happy camper!

Thank you! I haven't found time for this as yet but I shall do this over the christmas period as I am at the inlaws!! I will be most bored so can make some good use of the time!! ;-)

I started off at Poker before moving onto Matched Betting. And I do quite miss poker so this will give me a good reason to go back to it :-)

Thanks for posting this Fella, I signed up to Everest yesterday via 2+2 and played quite a few hands (racked up a few Everest points). I've not played poker for quite a while and this reminded me how much I do enjoy it. I reckon I might actually carry on playing and try to release the bonus

Well I'm a keen poker player and actually bought the first edition of Dan Harrington's book and was considering a purchase of the second. Then along came this offer.

What can I say? Amazing. I deposited $50 a couple of weeks ago. Played a few raked hands and made a $0.58 profit. Then I just left my account for a while and within a couple of days TwoPlusTwo had emailed asking for my book selections. Today, I received them all. I almost can't believe it. Ha.

Just withdrew from Everest Poker since the site is poor! But will be reading my new books with eagle eyes over the forthcoming weeks.
