Tried this today and I can see the $25, but can't see the $10.. is this not automatic?

I did it Monday, £6.75 added Tuesday (about 24 hours). Best thing, for me anyway as a so-so player, is that I could transfer it to VCbet and forget about trying to release the other $25 bonus. I've put a thread in the sportsbook bonus section as this appears to be a free £6.75 to anyone who doesn't have a VCpoker account.
