Wow €150 added that is great.
A question though, can you access the tournament from any entraction account? And are we any closer to finding a place to have the tournaments? I am not really to keen on making more than a €10 deposit if we are never gonna play there again.

First of all a correction ... They have changed the date to 16th. I will do another longer post with details ASAP.
Secondly you will have to go through our Devilfish links and use DF to be eligible. If this one goes well, which it should, there is no reason we will not have many more there also.
Speak to you soon,

Hopefully they have a better structure this time, and we get more than 15 people in it.

Well of course we want as many people as possible. But if I were you I would rather I had 16 to beat than 50, just common sense. But we will have more players than that.
Re. the structure What was wrong with the last tournament? Everybody seemed happy with it.

Because there were only 16 people in it, then there were less chips in play.
I cant exactly remember the precise structure, but the blinds went up say every 10-15 minutes?
I think we had a starting stack of 1500 chips? so lets say the structure was as per below(fairly standard blinds)
HTML Code:
Level Blind
1 10-20
2 15-30
3 25-50
4 50-100
As such, after an hour, the average starting stack gives you just 10 rounds of play. Obviously a couple of people are knocked out then, but I believe that after an hour we still had at least half.
With online tournaments, it is in the hosts interests to increase the blinds as much as possible, to get people to bust out, and then go and play on other tables. As such, doing so we do not see as much people playing "at their best", as the structure makes them more inclined to push in at the most oppertune moment in the hope of doubling up to stay in the game.
I think our blinds structure, especially for a small tournament should be every half hour for the first hour, then every 20 mins for the next, 15 for the next(possibly anti's at this point), and so on down to 10 mins.
By reducing the steep incline of the blinds, you can bring out the better play in your above average poker players. For anyone new to the game, then well they can sit back and play a few more hands.
I apologise that I cant remember the actual structure of the last tourny, but I hope my explanation above goes at least halfway to try and explain the point I was trying to get accross.
