Does anybody no any way to contact Full Tilt other than by e-mail? They don't seem to have any phone numbers on site.

I went to withdraw my winnings from here after winning the freeroll last week, only to receive an e-mail saying that I apparently had two accounts (I didn't have a clue, the old one must be pretty old!), and that my newer account had been closed. I also received an e-mail saying that my withdrawal from my newer account had been cancelled, but it didn't say anything else about what would happen to my funds. I logged in to my old account and my balance there is £0, so my winnings from the freeroll have disappeared!

I've e-mailed them a couple of times asking what the situation is (the first was a week ago now), but have had no reply. I'm not sure I'll see the money again, obviously I broke the t&c's by having 2 accounts, although it seems a bit harsh that it's not flagged up when opening the second account, or when depositing (sure I made several deposits), but is when you go to withdraw.

Send a message via MSN to Andy
If you could let me know via PM both of the Usernames I will contact them and see what I can do. I am 99% sure you will not lose the money though it will have to go to one account or the other. Thanks.
Have a plan and stick to it
