This months (sorry for late notice) is hosted at MansionPoker who are bizarely not linked to the Mansion Sportsbook or Casino brands.
Having said that it is playtech software and when I went to register I was told I already had an account on that laptop (I definitely dont have a MansionPoker account) so I downloaded it on a "clean" computer and that went OK to start, I was still told my Email was already registered, I put in a new one, and I was then OK.
From there entering the tournament is easy, it is listed on the left under tournaments, then "Freerolls" then you can see it as TGT $200 FR they are listed by date order. Click on it to register, you get asked for a password, please Email or PM myself or any TGT Mod to be told what that is.

I have had a MansionPoker account about four years and if I remember correctly when I registered my account they had sportsbook then. The sportsbook was closed couple of years ago. So that could be the reason why you already have an account there. I think that they are linked to casino too.
If anyones interested, there is a $25 BR builder starting at 1800 - currently 65 players, and not a bad start to see what the play is like before our tourny.
