Please find the thread referring to the gaming site you wish to post a report for in this forum and make a single post using the format:

Amount / Method / Time from request submitted to money reaching you / any other relevant info/fees.
Please DO NOT use any individual bookmaker/casino/poker site threads, for chat / complaints about slow payment - either use the relevant thread in the sportsbook bonus forums or use the payouts discussion thread.

Example1: £250 / Moneybookers / three days.
Example2: $2500 / Neteller / 5 days / Max $2.5k withdrawal per week.
Example3: 500 Euros / bank card / 3 days / 1.5% fee

If you do not see the gaming site listed for which you wish to make the payout report, please start a new thread with the gaming site's name as the ONLY thing in the title (ie 'Pinnacle', 'Victor Chandler', 'Ladbrokes', etc).

It is possible that some people would rather not publicly say where they have large balances/withdrawals so if you would like to remain annonymous then send a Private Message to "Payouts" and this will be posted on your behalf under that ID.
