Betredkings is a new Malta licensed sportsbook of the Redkings group.
I was interested in their bonus offer and deposited 100$ for an extra 100bonus with a 10X rollover.
Completed the rollover won pretty decent amount.
When i tried to withdraw from Betredkings, They send an email asking for the following, due to a random security check-
I sent them all that immediately.
I've been waiting for my money since two days, all Betredkings tell me is that they are awaiting a reply from the " Risk Department ".
What is going on?
Where's my money ?
I need help, What do i do Wait more?
Ive already phoned and emailed them twice.
I hope i receive my cash soon
Please pray for me and help me.
What are your thoughts about Betredkings and Redkings Casino/ Poker network. Has anybody have any experiences?
I would not worry just yet. The Oddsmatrix bookies have a good record when it comes to payment. There have been some temporary slumps here and there where it has taken longer than one would expect, but they have always paid. From looking at the payout reports in the Betredkings thread, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to six days to get paid.
I understand that it is frustrating to sit and wait for the money to arrive, but I am confident that you will get paid, but it may take another 3-4 days if you are unlucky. BetRedkings is a well-known and respected brand.
This post has been moved from the bet-at-home payouts thread:
10 days waiting 750eur not yet proccesed to credit card

£4k / Moneybookers / 10 minutes*
* Actually it took 2 hours from my first withdrawal request to moneybookers but that was declined
since deposits were made to your account using a credit card. If you use a credit card to fund your account, you may not use Moneybookers as a withdrawal method.
My second withdrawal request was by bank wire. This was also declined
(I have used both card and mb to deposit) So now what? On querying...
since your deposits were made using Moneybookers.
You may use Moneybookers again for withdrawals, one month after your first Credit Card deposit.
So I tried a third time, requesting a withdrawal by bank wire. This was not actioned; instead...
Kindly resubmit your Bank wire withdrawal request, since this was declined in error.
The 10 minute payout time refers to my 4th attempt at withdrawing.
We truly apologize for all the confusion regarding your withdrawals.
As a final answer we would like to advise you that you may indeed use Moneybookers for your withdrawals.
Again we apologize for the confusion, and ask you kindly to resubmit your Moneybookers withdrawal from the Cashier section.
My advice would be to stick to moneybookers for depositing here.
Put in a payout to card request at Betfair on Sunday and this evening (4 business days later), an email arrives saying the payout was reversed due to an unforseen technical problem but the payout request can be made again.
€2k to MB within hours and sadly likely to be my last transaction with them
the nosedive in their odds/value in past few weeks has been dramatic ... horses are now at times 1/2 of the odds of other books, their football odds are often 10-15% off-market, and not in a good way, and the games they played with the darts 180s markets was childish.
best of luck to anyone still in them, hope they do not revert to their old WinUnited ways
