Please use this thread to discuss any issues to do with payouts - ie where you want to ask a question about a payment someone had, what fees they paid or anything similar. Please keep the payout threads strictly reports only (ie 'moneybookers / £500 / 24hrs').

143 euros / moneybookers / 2 days / 2% withdrawal fee, ID requested before withdrawal

So did you have a 1% deposit fee(from their T/C)+ 2% withdrawl fee.
3.5 Deposit Fees:

* 1% Fee for all Moneybookers deposits
* 2.5% Fee for Credit Card deposits
(presume you deposited by moneybookers as you withdrew to that option)

they lock money for 6 hours and make withdrawal reversible in that time
have they changed it recently?

I don't believe it's changed (still says it on the site) and don't expect payouts within 6 hours but this is a banned account and the withdrawal relates to old WC bets settling so perhaps that makes a difference... only thing I can think of anyway. Even if that's a guess as to why, I'll add that in my post to avoid confusion. Thanks.

payment to moneybookers yesterday £400 24hours
good for the odd arb
payments have all been credited next day
usually hit them once a week .

Anybody received anything from Bethorizion this week
was told payment within 72hours which ends tonight.
been pissed about with this mob for nearly 2 months with
false promises.
Give them till tonight then will put a complaint to SBR.

As and when you are paid a quick report in this section would be very appreciated. If there is not a thread already then just start a new one but pretty soon everywhere will be covered at least one.

On the 7th July we heard that "they restricted our bank wire amounts to be transfered to fund our Moneybookers
account, which also caused issues on how much we could move at one time." The "They" being referred to was the main Bank used by BetHorizon and this was put forwards as the reason for the slow down and that it was now being addressed. If you put in a complaint with your current situation we would take that up and keep you informed of developments.
