Opened an account here today, although couldn’t deposit due to them not being able to verify ID details. Sent off ID so hopefully should be sorted by tomorrow. Their intro bonus is wager £25 and get a £25 free bet, will check out the T&C now... straight forward, free bet must be placed on selection over evens.
Seems straightforward enough, heard from Andy though that they have bad limits though online which is odd, have to see how it goes.

Opened an account here fairly painlessly, although had to send through ID verification – scanned copy of photo driving licence, bank statement and front/back of debit card. Left all the pertinent details obscured and this didn’t seem to be a problem. Sent them in a password protected zipfile using my phone number as password.
ID was verified ok and I got an email to tell me this, but when I went to deposit I still got an error message. Shot another email back to them and got this in reply:
We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our website, which our technical support team are investigating, if you could refresh your page or sign out and then sign in again this may correct the problem, if the problem still persists, please feel free to phone customer services on the number below.
Which sounds odd, a little like Andy mentioned maybe on TGT? Anyway when I next tried everything was ok and I deposited £25.18 ok.
Got onto a nice horse arb – 11 at Pagebet, 10 at Betdaq, 5% profit, sweet.
Also had a stroke of good fortune when I came to settle the accounts at the end of the day. I’d actually laid the horse as if I’d placed £50 on at 11 instead of only £25! So as a result I made £27 out of this instead of the £1.31 it would have been if I’d laid it normally. Wouldn’t have been nice if it had won though, would have been down £270!
The free bet should turn up within 24hrs according to their T&C (the T&C are hidden away under the ‘Help > Freebet Rules’ navigation link).

NO sign of free bet, have emailed them about it.

The £25 free bet from Pagebet came through, although only after an email to prompt them for it. I went to place it on a horse at odds of 26, but was only allowed a maximum stake of £20 so didn’t take that obviously and instead rang up and placed the free bet over the phone.
There do seem to be quite a few decent prices around on Pagebet, but the niggles like the website still being ‘under maintenance’ / experiencing problems and the fact you’re limited after just one bet are a little concerning.
