First of all, nice forum
When you have to send id / bank details etc to a bookie, is there a safe way to send them, or do you just attach via email????
I just sent an email with attached copies of documents, covering the middle 8 digits of any account number, or picture files (as bmp or jpg files), covering the middle 8 digits in the credit card number and also the security digits.
Just to make you aware, some bookies will insist on all the numbers being left uncovered because they input the card information manually prior to a withdrawal. I can't rememer of the top of my head which one insited on this for me ... maybe Centrebet?

Hope that helps.
I'm liking your idea about watermarks dingling
Another tip I use - when I send documents off to bookies I usually put the scanned images into a zipfile and then password protect the file with a password that they can find out from the details they have on record for me - usually my telephone number. Usually goes something like this one to partybets earlier:
Blah blah find attached xyz docs etc etc
All files are in a password protected zip file and the password is
my telephone number you have on file starting:
I just send it off as it is, the only bits i edit are the cvc number on the credit card, and sometimes on bank statements a few of the middle numbers of any IBAN / Account numbers. The method of sending it is just by normal E-mail as a Jpeg file. I have never had any trouble, or heard of anyone having any trouble because of this. Im sure it must have happened but it is just so massively unlikely it isnt worth worrying too much about.
Have a plan and stick to it
Same as Andy above. Like the sound of the watermark way but not sure how to do it.
