Online gambling is it legal in The Algarve
Going there next week. I have no problem getting into the casinos when I am in Spain. However in America and Austrailia I couldnt access them. So Im wondering if anyone on here lives in that area of Portugal and if so could they could let me know?
Thanks in advance
I don't know if anyone can help me but i tried to collect winnings from old slips at a Coral bookmakers.
They advised me to send the slips to their head office.
They have since wrote back to me stating that as the slips are older than 13 weeks they are refusing to settle the bets.
Can they do this? It doesn't seem right if they can.

8. CLAIMING OF BETS
You have thirteen weeks from the date of the event to claim any winning bets. If any claims are made after this date we will do our utmost to trace the bet but cannot guarantee that any payment will be made.
Just about to start using Asian handicaps to get out of allyoubet after my free bet won last night - laid against the draw on Costa RIca v Argentina.
Anyway I'm guessing thatthis is the principle involved : bet on one team winning on one book and then on the 0.5 handicap on the other team on a different book?
Obviously I then need to work out what the amounts I need to be using are on a dutching calculator
Welcome to the forum.

for what you want to know about.
Generally what you say is true, you would dutch one back bet against another, so for example find something like:
Team1 to win 2@Book1
Team2 AH+0.5 to win 2@Book2
If you bet the same amount on each you would come away with zero loss (the actual 'maths' is rather simple in the reasonably trivial 1<->2ah+0.5 cross match case above, to calculate Stake2 given Stake1 and Odds1 is Stake2=Stake1*Odds1/Odds2).
state of the game?
I got quite into MB & dutching about 12 months ago but then I really lost steam and only ended up doing a couple of bets a month for £10-£20. Looking for a bit of extra cash now & getting back into the game seems like a good plan. Learnt a lot from the friendly forums here & hoping for a bit of help easing back in if poss!
I'm just wondering how the market is at the moment? I havent seen much in the way of reloads on email, & most seem to be casino offers. Is there much out there to be had in terms of subs? I never got into horses & casino offers as my time to dedicate is limited to a few hours a week, but if this is doable with my limited availability, I'll put the time into picking them up
I've done 30 or so of the beginner uk books and racked up about £600 as my current float, but this seems to be a little short for the big profitable offers like bet365, jetbull, titanbet, et al so any help would be much appreciated!

Do Bet365 and Titan as soon as you have the float as these are the last two decent big offers around - Jetbull is an absolute nightmare and takes forever as the odds are so bad so I wouldn't be worried about that so much.
Very few decent casino offers for the newbie - I'd done Will Hill, Ladbrokes Games, Vernons, Football Pools, Oranje casino, MyJackpotCasino (though see recent thread on this) and that's about it - the rest are just big bonuses with huge WR's if you do it on low variance stuff like blackjack, or smaller WR's on huge variance stuff like slots. Not much going in that area in my opinion.
Check out spreadbetting - lots of decent offers there.
In all honesty, that float is quite small having done 30 of the beginner books, so getting back into it will be trickier than when you started - if you have an OH, then maybe do the partner friendly easy stuff to build it up? If not, you'll probably end up doing some of the more obscure bookies before bet365/titan/spreadbetting.
Thanks, Yeah I had to use some of the fund in the interim which is a shame as it was about 1k. I may well do the OH thing for a quick top-up actually, and spreadbetting I'd heard of but not really looked at. Thanks for all the advice!

Have they just been a bit tardy about removing an old offer from their opening page?
