Not quite sure what you mean exactly? Can you rephrase the question?

spreadbetting - Search Results - The Gambling Times
Casinos are a bit more risky nowadays - whilst there are a few offers (ie the Unibet one on at the moment that lot of people are doing), generally they're not that great any more and really to make it worthwhile you have to employ riskier strategies (ie target based strategies where you try and double up / boost your balance to a target you choose and then hope to grind it out on the allowed games to complete the wagering).
Maybe someone else might have some ideas though.
Can you have 2 accounts like to 1 address
Like say Laddies , to take advantage of the mobile phone offers , yourseld and the oh - only taking 1 bonus on sign up?
Question about Caribsports 10% reload. need advice on how to make this profitable.
Their non-USA sports odds are so low it’s not possible to make profit. Their USA sports odds are ok’ish but there is not enough trading going on at the exchanges. Looked at dutching with pinny, but still would not make a profit from it. Can anyone please advise on how to make this profitable? Thanks for an answers.
Reload: 10% up to $250 , 1xWR , bonus is treated as SNR (bonus cannot be withdrawn)
Every bookmaker would have a different policy on that so you would be best to ask them all one at a time each time you consider it. I think in your example at Ladbrokes you probably can do but it would be best to get it from the Horses mouth.

I have not looked at this particular offer in detail but an option you have not listed is could you knock it against a seperate reload offer? Or just use it as a tool to complete the wagering somewhere else for no/little loss?

On Sunday last (23-10) Paddypower ran an offer on the NFL match at Wembley:-
Chicago Bears At Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Paddy Power will refund all losing MATCH HANDICAP BETS and 1st/last Touchdown scorer bets as a free bet on next week's American Football if the last score of this game is a Field Goal.
Does anybody know if it is possible to find the actual t+c's of this offer?
I bet on Chicago-7.5. Paddy are claiming that this was an alternative market, and thus not covered by the offer (the offer applying only to the "straighforward" handicap Chicago-4.5). I took the words "all match handicap markets" to exclude 1st half, 1st Q etc, but to include ALL full time match handicaps, as the wording says.
when playing slots, assuming you have a fixed bet amount per spin, is it better to play maximum lines with lower bet $ per line, medium number of lines with medium bet per line,,, or lower number of lines with higher bet $ per line...thanks for any answers
