I've updated. It is awesome although I am helped by the fact I'm so new to the game I have an almost unlimited amount of offers to attack. Don't expect to enjoy many more weeks like this 1 .. but I guess Ascot is round the corner
Don't they usually have minimum BJ hands of £5, in which case you can lose a lot more money during the wager requirement (if you have bad luck) than if you can use £1 a hand. (Of course that means you can win more too, if you have good luck - you takes your chances!) Good luck!

Their free bet won leaving £500 in their account which they withdrew to Moneybookers on Wednesday. It hadn't arrived after 24 hours so they emailed CS who told them that due to a "technical issue" the money would be returned to their account to re-submit the withdrawal. This still hasn't happened, nor has the money arrived in Moneybookers. Also, the only correspondence she has had is after chasing them which is poor customer service for starters.
She is worried that if they don't pay up - we know what bookies are like (Bluesq for example), she will be sitting on a substantial loss. Has anyone else had similar problems with William Hill? Is this normal behaviour from them?
William Hill have always paid me within a couple of days. That's been through debit card though as opposed to Moneybookers. I think they're very respectable / reliable.
I really wouldn't worry too much about this after just a few days. If it gets to a few months then yes, there's a cause for worrying, but a few days or even a week or two your friend should try not to get too worried about. I know it's difficult but just be patient and try not to get angry when corresponding with them (that's probably the hardest part especially when it seems like they're ignoring you).
If it were me I would leave it for at least 48hrs from the last correspondence and then either email again politely reminding them about the problem and if there's any progress on it - or if you want to get it resolved quickly then ring up. Ringing up you should get it sorted out within the day, William Hill seem to be a bit better on the phone than they are by email in my experience anyway.
Above all try not to worry about it too much, William Hill are a very big book and they are unlikely to be unable to pay up because of some issue over lack of funds or something that a smaller book might face. Just be patient and hold tight, ring them up to get it sorted quickly.
Not being paid in 24hrs is no concern at all, in fact if she thinks that being paid in less than three days is standard she have been spoilt, some sites may pay in less then three days and good for them but to actually chase a payment without letting at least that long go is a bit OTT.
RE the money not being in either account, it wont have just vanished it will appear in one place or another soon enough, you just need to give them a bit of time to sort it out.
Being worried that if they dont pay up she will have a loss, well yes thats correct she would do, but why on Earth would they not pay up? Because they havnt paid you within 24hrs to assuming they never will do is drawing conclusions a bit prematurely i think.
Several times, well dozens actually, i have had payments get lost or been delayed either from my online wallet to the bookmaker or the bookmaker to the wallet and every single time it was traced and sorted out in the end. The money cant have vanished and you will get it back, your friend just needs to be a bit patient. As a rule there is no need at all to chase something until three days has gone by minimum.
Have a plan and stick to it
does bet-at-home does reloads?
Yes they do periodically, they did at the Euro2008 football but they dont have a regular or planned on going offer.

can anyone help me get a match for sunderlands bookie cos mbassist doesnt do them or bet 72
Now is not a great time to look, they will not have much choice as there are not many games, you would do well to wait until Fri PM or Sat AM when there will be an abundance to chose from. It is the timing of looking as much as where you look really, and this is not a good time.
Unless you fancy some bets on close to the off horse racing which i love but im assuming from the fact you use odds finder sites you are "new" and so havnt done that before? Its not for everyone you need to be a bit quick on your toes. What type of betting are you into? If you want a tip Norwich play tonight and it really is a must win game and i expected them to be at 2.2ish and they are actually around 2.8 so tremendous value, is the Sunderlands bonus you are wagering cash now? I think it is, stick the lot on Norwich to win and lay it for your deposit plus a fiver "just in case" and we can both cheer them on!

bet-at-home does not like people whom withdraw? (give them more reloads)
i have like 150 Eur there and they have so shitty odds... everytime i bet there i lose lots of money.
yeah i am new to this match betting malarky i have 100 pounds in sunderlands cos i won my bet and now i want to bust out cos i cant withdraw it until x5 deposit so i think need to find a long odds match to win it in betfair but cant find any
