You won't generally find lifetime refunds, but more like 10% for 3 months at corals for example. Tote did a couple on in play baseball offers but they were very difficult to match in play

I think there was 'Rebatewager' or something like that? Some US book that did a rebate based bonus scheme? Never actually played there and no idea if they're still around, should be some tagged threads on them maybe?

Yes you are correct. They are still active AFAIK
Played there last year, they had various bonuses, a mixture of cash and "rebate". If you bust out you could apply for a % rebate in cash, which you actually withdraw.
Only do usd accounts, limited deposit/withdrawal options. I think they did moneybookers when I was there but must have stopped that as I remember cashing out by moneygram and haven't been there since. Strictly "recreational" with low limits.

is it ok to do reloads at different offshore sportsbooks that are affiliated to each other (ie same parent company ...eg betcris & sportsbook)...or are you likley to get gubbed? sidenote - my objective would be to lose at these sportsbooks and cash out at betting exchanges...but i realize sometimes it may not work out this way,

Have taken a look at every site from @tartantipster (thanks for that), but couldn´t find any site which listed dutches as mbass used to before they turned into oddsmonkey, didn´t I look right or is there any site to look for decent dutches anymore? Thanks guys!
